The Prayer Stretch exercise aims to improve the range of movement in your wrists into extension.
Start by placing your palms together in front of you at roughly head height. Then slowly bring your hands down towards your chest, whilst keeping the palms of your hands together. This will then stretch your wrists into extension.
Aim to complete the duration and sets as suggested in your free rehabilitation programme from our website.
