On our Standard Licence, there is no refund available. It’s expected that users will use the tracker app for a limited time, typically 3 months. We want users to have the flexibility to only pay for what they need. Our pay monthly model means that you pay in advance each month and will have access to your account for the full month once paid. You can cancel this at any time. We do offer an initial 30-day money-back guarantee for Premium subscribers only, to trial the app. If you change your mind during this time, we will offer a full refund. Please note, for Premium subscribers, any Standard Licences that you give your to your clients will also be lost if you choose to end your subscription. 

You manage your subscription from your account. Standard Users can cancel at any time. Once the cancellation is confirmed, access to the app will be stopped the following month, along with monthly billing. Premium Users commit to an annual billing cycle. Only Premium subscribers can cancel during the initial 30-trial period and be entitled to a full refund. A request to cancel after the initial 30-day trial period will mean your access to the account will be revoked on the anniversary of your subscription (i.e., in 12 months from the date you signed up). The subscription fee will not be refunded. Please note, for Premium subscribers, any Standard Licences that you give your to your clients will also be lost if you choose to end your subscription. 
Yes, with Premium you get a bank of Standard licences that you can use, and reuse across clients. Manage your clients through your account. For larger teams or more client licences, get in touch to discuss our Enterprise options.
