No. It’s a guidance tool to help you find a suitable programme and is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. If in doubt, or if symptoms are severe, always see a clinician. See our Terms of Use for more details.

Many programmes need none; where equipment helps, the programme you’re following will list it and provide a link. Our equipment list is constantly updated. Search our equipment page here

Yes. That’s one of the primary roles of a qualified physiotherapist. Our Symptom Checker has been built to replicate a typical physiotherapist consultation. It’s in no way a replacement for professional medical advice, but it may be informative in helping you better understand your body pains.

Frequently asked questions for our Rehab Tracker App

A Standard Tier licence allows you to have up to 3 programmes at any one time. Premium users can have up to 30 saved programmes to distribute to their clients. See our subscription tiers here

If the app is preventing you from adding any more Programmes, it’s because you’ve reached you programme capacity limit. In order to add a new programme, you must first delete an older programme to free up space.

Make sure notifications are allowed for PhysioBot in your device settings, then re-save your reminder times in the app.

Yes. Programme phases will advance by themselves once you’ve passed the “typical” duration for each phase. However, it’s important to note, that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to rehab. If you’re not ready to advance, simply step back to the previous phase. Likewise, if you’re recovering faster than expected, you can manually advance to the next phase. This is your recover and must go at your pace.

An internet connection is needed so your programmes and progress sync to your account. If you lose signal mid-session, your access will sync automatically once you’re back online.

Employers and Clinicians (Premium or Enterprise Tier subscribers) can distribute free, Standard Licences to users. If you’ve received a free licence, you are under no obligation to share any data with them. When logging in, you will be prompted to share only selected data with whoever gave you the licence (programme, progress, adherence etc). They will never have direct in-app access to sensitive data like personal notes, personal details or pain scores). You can toggle data sharing on or off in Profile > Employer / clinician data sharing or you can see the full list of data points shared in Profile > Privacy & security

Yes. Within the Stats tab of the app, you can share or download a report with key metrics from your active programme. Only share this report with healthcare professionals you trust. Sharing is voluntary; the report is generated locally on your device and never transmitted by PhysioBot.

Yes. Within the Profile section of the app, you can manage your PhysioBot subscription. This will open your Stripe subscription page where you can cancel or upgrade your subscription at any time.

Please note, Standard users commit to a rolling monthly contract paid in advance and can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid month, you will have access for the full month you’ve paid for, after which time the subscription will not renew. Premium members subscribe for a full year and have 30 days from payment to request a refund. After this 30 days, they will not be eligible for a refund.

From the Profile tab you can export your data as a CSV or delete your account at any time (see Privacy & Security section).

Deleting your account is permanent and will erase all records of your account, making it impossible for our Support Team to reinstate any of your data. If you still wish to delete your account, you can do so in the app (see Privacy & Security section). This removes your profile and all health/rehab data at most within 30 days but likely with immediate effect (we retain only legally required financial records).

Clients use the standard PhysioBot app. They can purchase this themselves, or you can gift them a licences from your bank of 25 Standard Licences that is included within your Premium Tier subscription fee. You need to send an invitation through the app (Profile > Managed licences), and when the client accepts, the two accounts are linked.

You can request more from the PhysioBot Team through the app. This means you can assign programmes to each of these clients, monitoring their progress and have full management control including revoking access and recycling the licence to another client once a programme has come to an end. FAQ

Frequently asked questions for employeers

Only anonymised, aggregated data. A minimum-cohort (k-anonymity) threshold means no individual is ever identifiable, and rare categories are grouped so no one can be singled out. Reporting will help to identify common injuries facing your workforce, that can inform decisions regarding better interventions to reduce absence.

No. Employers never see an individual employee’s health data, only safe, aggregate trends.

Any identifiable view exists only in a clinical context and requires the employee’s explicit consent; the employer dashboard is aggregate-only.

You invite them by email via your nominated Enterprise licensee; they set up their own registered app access, but your invitation allows them to bypass the paywall, so it’s completely free for them.

Our Enterprise Plans are completely tailored, based on employee numbers and the number of concurrent licences needed. Contact us and we’ll discuss options.
