The Neck Rotation exercise is aiming to improve the range of movement of the neck, specifically in looking left and right.
In standing simply look over your left shoulder and then your right shoulder in a slow and controlled manner.
If this exercise is too challenging you may find the Lying Neck Rotation exercise more suitable – a video of this exercise is available on our channel.
Aim to complete the duration and sets as suggested in your free rehabilitation programme from our website.
If you find this exercise helpful, there are a number of other neck mobility exercises available on our channel.
Almost everything on thephysiobot is FREE for users including our Symptom Checker, Rehab Programmes, Programme Builder, Exercise videos like this one and our General Rehab Programmes.
