Grip Strength

This exercise is using putty to help develop your grip and forearm strength.

There is specific therapeutic putty you can use which has different levels of density, however a similar experience can be generated by simply gripping objects of different materials and weight.

Follow the advice in your rehab programme for the suggested duration of repetitions and sets you need to perform.

There is also a piece of equipment called a Gyroball which can further develop your grip and forearm strength
