Neck Active Range of Movement

This exercise is aiming to improve the range of movement of the neck.

You will simply perform the following movements: rotation, side flexion, looking up and looking down.

Ideally performing each direction a number of times will generally make the exercise easier and result in an increased range of movement. Aim to perform this a few times in a day to have the best outcome. For example performing 10 repetitions of each direction, three times a day, will act as a good starting point.
